The family company Stadsbader was founded in 1946 in Harelbeke. In the meanwhile, the company is directed by third generation Dominique Valcke. The acquisitions of Deckx AO and Deckx EM in Dessel (2009), Van Maercke Prefab in Kluisbergen (2014) and BAM Contractors (2022) were a strong expansion of the specialisation segments and a reinforcement of the market position. Today the group is daily active in about 250 construction sites in Belgian and the neighbouring countries. Voor het prestigieuze VTTI Oosterweel-project zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Project Manager Technieken met een sterke achtergrond in HVAC en Gebouwentechnieken.Je gaat deel uitmaken van een dynamisch team (Verkeers- en Tunnel Technische Installaties, afgekort VTTI) dat de technische installaties in de tunnelcomplexen aan het ontwerpen is en ook zal instaan voor het bouwen, testen en indienststellen ervan. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp, uitvoering en een succesvolle oplevering van diverse technische installaties, waaronder HVAC, elektriciteit en andere gebouwentechnieken binnen dit grootschalige infrastructuurproject. Leiding geven aan de technische team engineers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwerp van HVAC-systemen, elektriciteit en andere gebouwentechnieken binnen het VTTI Oosterweel-project. Opstellen en bewaken van gedetailleerde projectplanningen, specifiek afgestemd op de eisen en complexiteit van het VTTI Oosterweel-project. Nauwe samenwerking met klant, aannemers, leveranciers, en interne teams om de technische uitdagingen van het project te identificeren en oplossingen te implementeren. Regelmatig rapporteren aan de projectdirectie over de voortgang, knelpunten en risico's binnen het technische domein. Waarborgen dat alle technische werkzaamheden voldoen aan de regelgeving en de specifieke vereisten van het VTTI Oosterweel-project. Proactief identificeren van verbeterpunten in de uitvoering van technische installaties en processen. Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Elektromechanica, Bouwkunde, of een vergelijkbare technische richting. Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in projectmanagement, met specifieke expertise in HVAC en gebouwentechnieken. Aantoonbare ervaring met projecten in een complexe stedelijke omgeving is een sterke plus. Uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief te schakelen tussen verschillende stakeholders, partners. Ervaring met projectmanagementtools en -methodologieën, system engineering (bij voorkeur in een infrastructuuromgeving). Diepgaande kennis van de regelgeving met betrekking tot HVAC-, elektriciteit- en andere gebouwentechnieken, met een focus op duurzaamheid en veiligheid. Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; kennis van Engels en Frans is een meerwaarde.
