We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Brussels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, particularly within the construction sector. You will be responsible for overseeing a variety of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Apply Lean Project Management principles and PM² methodology to optimize project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, HVAC, and mechanical engineers.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
Your Profile
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, specifically in the construction industry or in large industrial projects.
  • Proven expertise in managing electrical, HVAC, and mechanical projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, particularly PM².
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in a bureau d'étude (design office) is a plus.
