You ensure the clients flooring needs are met consistently while aligning with their sustainability goals, design standards, budgets and timelines. If so, we want you on our teamYour key Responsibilities:Strategic Account ManagementAct as single point of contact Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (real estate, procurement, facility management, design teams, etc…)Understand customer needs and strategic priorities.Lead complex, high-value sales processes from start to finish.Negotiate global agreements (framework contracts, pricing and service models)Coordinate with local teams to deliver on specs, timelines, service levels and to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion within existing accounts.Who are you?Industry Expertise & Sales Excellence – You have experience selling interior products and/or working in a B2B environment, ideally in a specification role.
