With production facilities in Belgium and the United States, they also operate several global hubs for rental, sales, and technical support. To strengthen their production team, they are seeking an enthusiastic Quality Controller for a two-shift system.What Will You Do?As a Quality Controller working in two shifts, you will ensure product quality across the production process. Your role will involve inspecting outgoing goods to verify compliance with quality standards and assisting with the inspection of incoming goods when necessary.Key Responsibilities:Monitor compliance with quality standards throughout the production process.Check the functionality of measuring tools used in production and your department.Follow and enforce safety and hygiene guidelines (PPE) relevant to each task.Contribute to the 6S framework and perform internal audits as required.Uphold the organization's SQE policy and values in all daily actions.Your profileA technical diploma at the secondary education level or equivalent experience.Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.Familiarity with aluminum profiles and their applications.Experience with Navision (ERP system) is a plus.Willingness to work in a two-shift system.Our offerA challenging and varied role within an international market leader that invests heavily in its employees, solutions, and innovations.A full-time position with a competitive salary supplemented by meal vouchers.Comprehensive training and ongoing guidance to help you grow in your role within a supportive team.A modern workplace in Roeselare, where respect, passion, and teamwork are central values, and your safety and well-being are top priorities.
