Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Manager

General information Your position At Credendo, we greatly value the information we have and use. We consider the security of our information to be essential to achieve our business goals. Credendo works with an internal team enlarged by external specialist to cover the ICT Risk and Compliance function.You will be part of the core of the Security Office team, that ensures all information assets and supporting ICT systems of the Credendo companies are secured and protected.You will translate information security policies into standards and guidelines.You will guide external suppliers in terms of security.You will work out security measures and make sure that they remain in line with the security policy.You will be the point of contact for external and internal auditors.You will monitor audit and risk findings related to information security and help adjust these.You will assist the IT Support Officers in case of security-related questions or issues. Your profile You have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) and at least 5 years proven experience in a similar role (security governance, network/cybersecurity, security operations, etc.).Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM (or similar) are an asset.You have a good knowledge of the ISO 27001 framework.You are people-oriented and communicative.You are fluent in English and Dutch or French, both orally and in writing.You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.You handle confidential and personal information respectfully.You take responsibility for tasks and processes, and proactively think about ways to improve security.You are able to validate solutions in line with policies, standards and guidelines for information security and suggest improvements when necessary.You prove to be an expert and have practical experience in network security.
