FonctionTa mission, si tu l'acceptes :
Tu prends les rênes de projets de peinture industrielle captivants et assure-toi qu'ils brillent de mille feux En tant que Project Manager chez XLG, tu seras le chef d'orchestre qui harmonise délais, budgets et qualité. Prépare-toi à collaborer avec des équipes talentueuses, des clients satisfaits et des fournisseurs de confiance
Gestion de projet :
  • Planifier, organiser et coordonner les projets de peinture industrielle et de marquage au sol.
  • Superviser toutes les étapes, de la définition des besoins clients à la livraison finale.
  • Établir des calendriers de production et garantir le respect des délais.


Expertise technique :
  • Conseiller les clients sur le choix de produits adaptés (peinture bi-composant, résines) selon les contraintes techniques.
  • Superviser les processus d'application, de la préparation des surfaces au contrôle qualité.


Gestion des équipes :
  • Coordonner et encadrer les équipes sur le terrain (peintres, techniciens).
  • Former les équipes pour assurer le respect des normes de sécurité et de qualité.


Gestion de la qualité :
  • Assurer le contrôle qualité des travaux conformément aux normes ISO et EN.
  • Mettre en place des protocoles de test et de validation des produits.


Sécurité :
  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité sur le site, notamment lors de la manipulation de produits chimiques.


Relation client :
  • Être l'interlocuteur principal des clients, assurer leur satisfaction et suivre l'avancement des projets.


Gestion budgétaire :
  • Gérer le budget du projet, estimer les coûts et négocier les contrats avec les fournisseurs pour optimiser les coûts.
  • Contacts avec les clients et les fournisseurs.
  • Organiser et adapter continuellement le planning des prestations.

Profil et compétences
  • Expérience en gestion de projets industriels : Tu as déjà coordonné des projets de revêtement ou de peinture industrielle dans des environnements variés (usines, entrepôts, infrastructures publiques), et tu maîtrises chaque étape du projet, de la conception à la livraison.
  • Expertise en produits de revêtement et techniques d'application : Tu connais en profondeur les peintures bi-composantes, les résines, et autres revêtements industriels. Tu sais conseiller les clients sur les produits les plus adaptés en fonction des contraintes spécifiques (résistance chimique, mécanique, environnementale).
  • Maîtrise des normes et réglementations : Tu maîtrises les normes de sécurité et environnementales (ISO, EN) qui régissent le secteur de la peinture industrielle, et tu sais les appliquer rigoureusement sur tes chantiers.
  • Gestion d'équipes multidisciplinaires : Tu as déjà encadré des équipes de techniciens ou d'opérateurs sur le terrain, en sachant déléguer efficacement tout en assurant une bonne cohésion et un suivi rigoureux des activités sur chantier.
