Reference - Position descriptionJob titleSenior Strategic ATM Consultant M/F Contract typePermanent contract Job description Egis Aviation team is looking for individuals with a range of expertise, experience and interest in the aviation industry to join our team and contribute to fulfilling our expanding order book. In particular, you will be responsible for:- Leading ATM projects and the teams delivering them;- Developing and delivering reports and presentations- Mentoring junior consultants;- Supporting our business development;- Networking and development of client relationship with our key customers.You will work in close proximity with our ATM managers and business developers and in direct contact with our clients (Air Navigation Service Providers, Civil Aviation Authorities, European institutions and, more generally, aviation stakeholders).This job will allow you to:- Play a key role in the development of the ATM sector through our support to institutions and ANSPs;- Work in a multi-cultural environment on challenging and strategic projects;- Exercise your leadership and professionalism;- Develop your professional network. Profile - Degree qualified in aviation disciplines.- Prior experience in working within aviation, particularly strategic projects.- Familiarity or prior experience working in a Management Consulting background.- Be able to demonstrate excellent data analysis skills in practice, as well as thrive on problem solving and the application of your excellent critical thinking skills.- The consultancy environment can be very fast-paced with opportunities emerging at very short notice that will require a flexible, agile approach to delivering excellence in consultancy services and meeting or exceeding client requirements.- Excellent spoken and written skills in both English and FrenchShort-term travels in Europe can be required, depending on the projects.Position location Job locationEurope, Belgium City BruxellesCandidate criteria Minimum level of education required6-Engineers degree Minimum level of experience requiredOver 10 years LanguagesEnglish (5- Proficiency)French (4- Advanced)
