Are you an engineering manager or a senior engineer with experience in offshore wind applications and do you possess stimulating leadership capabilities? Then YOU are the person we want to hire Find out what your next professional challenge will be and apply now As Head of Engineering , you will take the lead of a large engineering team built up around key disciplines such as 3D design, electrical, mechanical, automation, and transport & installation. You will coordinate the engineering resources and manage their adequacy according to the workload and business unit strategy. You will also define the business strategy for the engineering department and organize the technical and personal development of your department members. You ensure the cohesion between the disciplines and interface with your colleagues in other departments and divisions of Equans BeLux. The Business Unit counts on your leadership to stimulate and encourage the development of innovative solutions. You will monitor the quality of the deliverables and assess the inputs from your team, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors. You will propose and develop improvements and new ways of working such as integrated (engineering) tools, systems, working methods & (collaboration) processes (e.G. BIM) and monitor their correct use. You will be the owner of the engineering processes including the engineering lessons learned process. Do you possess the following qualifications & skills? You have a master's degree in engineering . It is a clear asset to supplement this with a solid electrical background and a track record related to offshore wind applications. You have very good knowledge of the interface between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities and were involved during your career in processes optimization. With your experience in motivating & supervising engineering teams in an international context, you have gathered the necessary leadership skills to lead our teams to further excellence. You are able to manage good relationships with the client and our partners while supporting Equans' interests. Language skills: English & Dutch.
