We zijn op zoek naar een Business Consultant om onze afdeling Digital Engagement te versterken, een groep multidisciplinaire teams die de meest intuïtieve en consistente digitale ervaringen voor onze klanten creëren.

Als Business Consultant in het MyTelenet-app team speel je een cruciale rol in het verbeteren van onze bedrijfsprocessen en het leveren van waardevolle oplossingen aan onze klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende belanghebbenden om hun behoeften te begrijpen en innovatieve oplossingen te bieden die de klantervaring verbeteren.

Van het begrijpen van zakelijke behoeften tot het definiëren van de oplossing, het markeren van afhankelijkheden en het monitoren van implementaties, onze ideale kandidaat is een analytische en kritische denker, expert team communicator en onafhankelijk analist. Je bent toegewijd aan het ontdekken en ontwikkelen van de best mogelijke klantervaring in een steeds veranderend digitaal landschap.

Onze business consultants zitten midden in de actie als het gaat om de digitale ontwikkelingen bij Telenet. Ze spelen een sleutelrol in het vertalen van onze visie op klantbeleving in epossen en verhalen die klaar zijn om door onze partner geleverd te worden. Met toewijding aan innovatie en klantgerichte oplossingen geven onze business consultants vorm aan en begeleiden ze de implementatie van onze strategische initiatieven.

Je verantwoordelijkheden als Business Consultant

Als Business Consultant zijn de behoeften van de klant je topprioriteit en help je je collega's de juiste oplossingen te vinden om onze digitale klantervaring en oplossingen naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Je vertaalt de bedrijfsbehoeften in duidelijke vereisten en beoordeelt de haalbaarheid van wijzigingsverzoeken. Je helpt bij het ontwikkelen van de bedrijfs-, stam- en teamdoelstellingen/roadmap. Je treedt op als domeinexpert voor interne stakeholders en de delivery partner en zorgt voor goed gedocumenteerde en up-to-date processen, workflows en specificaties. Je faciliteert interacties met stakeholdesr en de Product Owner , je verkent mogelijke oplossingen en definieert het uiteindelijke oplossingsontwerp en de zakelijke vereisten Je documenteert de gekozen oplossing en zorgt voor kwaliteit en wettelijke naleving . Je breekt epics op in stories en bepaalt de acceptatiecriteria en coacht daarna voor de juiste implementatie van vereiste acties/activiteiten/change management. Je brieft de delivery partner voor de implementatie, houdt toezicht op het testen en volgt het 'go live'-proces op. Je zet prestatierapporten op en bewaakt onze app & functies. Je zoekt proactief naar mogelijke verbeteringen om onze producten af te stemmen op toekomstige klantbehoeften, op basis van (gebruikers)gegevens.

Kan anticiperen op de behoeften van verschillende stakeholders en deze in evenwicht brengen. Kan duidelijk communiceren met verschillende doelgroepen en is een sterke verhalenverteller. Heeft een sterke kennis van de strategie van de Telenet Group en van het bedrijfsdomein. Is een problem solver en heeft de moed om uitdagingen en moeilijke kwesties frontaal aan te pakken. Pakt complexe problemen met enthousiasme aan. Kan omgaan met ambiguïteit en gedijt goed in situaties waarin niet alles vastligt. Heeft een technische affiniteit om de delivery partner effectief te ondersteunen en uit te dagen. Aantoonbare ervaring in bedrijfsanalyse voor mobiele toepassingen, ervaring binnen de telecommunicatiesector is een pluspunt. Uitstekende (ENG) communicator met het vermogen om zakelijke behoeften te vertalen naar vereisten in bruikbare gebruikersverhalen. Bewezen capaciteiten in projectmanagement. Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, met een scherp oog voor gestructureerde werkmethoden. Aantoonbare proactiviteit en het vermogen om initiatief te nemen om processen te verbeteren. Goede kennis van Confluence en Jira . Ervaring met Agile manieren van werken in een iteratief model.
