Pour une société connue mondialement et implantée en brabant Wallon et dans la province de Liège, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un HR Business Partner FR/NL/EN (m/f/x).
Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines de l'entreprise vous assumerez le rôle de HR Business Partner pour soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise en menant une série de missions détaillées ci-dessous. Vous travaillerez avec les autres membres de l'équipe RH et vous rapporterez au Directeur RH de la société.
Vos principales tâches et responsabilités sont :
- Fournir un support RH quotidien aux managers et employés,
- Planifier les besoins RH des départements (staffing, formation, transfert de connaissances etc) ;
- Gérer l'apprentissage et le développement du personnel : coacher, conseiller et soutenir les employés dans leur développement professionnel, agir en tant que partenaire d'apprentissage senior, développer et déployer des parcours de formation/expérience en accord avec les outils et l'approche du Groupe ;
- Gérer les situations de points d'échec uniques, les sujets relatifs aux compétences (actuelles et futures), le transfert de connaissances et les plans de reconnaissance ;
- Soutenir les représentants de l'employeur pour les sujets RH discutés lors des réunions CPPT ;
- Apporter une expertise dans la gestion des sujets individuels et collectifs liés au droit du travail ;
Pour cette fonction de HR Business Partner FR/NL/EN (h/f/x), notre client recherche une personne disposant des qualifications suivantes :
- De formation RH, vous disposez idéalement d'une expérience confirmée de 10 ans minimum dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines.
- Vous maîtrisez le français, le néerlandais et l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral (capacité professionnelle requise).
- Vous avez une expérience dans un environnement industriel, international et/ou multinational.
- Vous êtes dynamique, rigoureux(se), tenace et avez un sens aigu de l'analyse.
- Vous avez une bonne capacité d'organisation et de gestion des priorités.
- Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise des outils du pack Office.
- Vous êtes disposé(e) à partager votre temps de travail entre 2 sites.
