HW/SW Validation – Automotive

You will be responsible for testing and validating both hardware and software components to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve automotive system performance and safety. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans for hardware and software validation of automotive systems. Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing on embedded systems. Analyze test results, identify issues, and propose corrective actions. Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, AUTOSAR, etc.). Collaborate with software and hardware development teams to refine system specifications. Develop automated test scripts and tools to enhance validation efficiency. Document test procedures, results, and improvement recommendations. Support system integration and troubleshooting activities. Qualifications & Skills Master's in automotive engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in hardware or software validation within the automotive sector. Strong understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, etc.). Proficiency in validation tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, or LabVIEW. Experience with scripting languages such as Python, CAPL, or MATLAB. Knowledge of automotive safety and cybersecurity standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment with cross-functional teams. Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus. What We Offer An opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment across multiple engineering sectors. Career development and continuous learning opportunities. A competitive salary package with benefits. Collaboration with experienced professionals in various industries. Join MCA Belgium and be part of an innovative and forward-thinking company that values technical excellence and professional growth.
