A propos du poste :- Collaborer au sein d'une équipe pour mener à bien des projets de transformation
- Aider les clients à traduire leur stratégie en modèles opérationnels adaptés
- Contribuer à l'amélioration de l'efficacité et de la performance des processus métiers, y compris par l'automatisation
- Soutenir la définition de stratégies technologiques et architecturales alignées sur la stratégie globale de l'entreprise et proposer des options de changement
- Interagir avec divers acteurs internes et externes, tout en couvrant différentes fonctions de l'organisation
- Vous avez au moins 2-3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou de l'assurance et/ou en tant qu'analyste ou chef de projet
- Vous êtes autonome, proactif et orienté résultats
- Vous faites preuve d'une excellente communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Vous savez vous adapter à différentes situations
- Vous êtes capable de travailler en autonomie ou en équipe, avec rigueur et créativité
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais/français
- Vous appréciez la diversité dans vos missions et faites preuve de flexibilité
- Vous excellez dans les domaines du conseil, de la planification, de l'analyse et de la gestion de périmètre
- Vous êtes passionné, motivé, et orienté client
