FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANTEn tant que Financial Accountant vos tâches principales seront les suivantes: Vous gérez la comptabilité de A à Z (BE GAAP) Vous participez aux clôtures comptables Vous effectuez les déclarations TVA Vous faites le suivi des budgets et forecasts Vous faites le suivi des variances et de la gestion des coûts Vous effectuez le reporting vers le C.A et vers le comité d'audit Vous effectuez et assurez la mise en oeuvre des projets financiers Vous faites la réconciliation des comptes Vous participez à la création et optimisation de process internes FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANTLe profil que je recherche doit idéalement répondre aux critères suivants: Vous disposez au minimum d'un bachelier à orientation Comptable ou Financière Vous avez une expérience probante de 5 à 7 ans dans une fonction similaire Vous parlez Français et/ ou Néerlandais Une expérience en ONG est un vrai plus Vous êtes un vrai Business Partner Vous êtes proactif et vous vous adaptez facilement Vous gérez la pression et la charge de travail parfois importante Vous êtes IT minded FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANTLe package salarial est composé des éléments suivants : Salaire attractif en lien avec votre expérience x13.92 Chèques-repas à 7 euros / jour Assurance groupe de 3% Assurance DKV , avec membres de la famille Indemnité Télétravail Remboursement frais de transport Service de shuttle gratuit de la gare vers les bureaux Politique télétravail: 3 jours de présence et 2 jours en home office 30 jours de congé
