For one of its clients, Robert Half is looking for a Management Assistant (M/F/X) for an interim assignment from April until September to cover maternity leave.
Our client is an international private equity investment company located in the city center of Brussels.
Your responsibilities as a Management Assistant (M/F/X) include the following :
- preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents;
- circulating and organizing administrative documents;
- answering and managing incoming phone calls;
- monitoring, screening, and responding to incoming communications, including emails;
- welcoming and interacting professionally with visitors;
- maintaining regular contact with senior stakeholders, such as investors, shareholders, C-level executives, board members, and advisors;
- liaising with internal staff members across various levels and regions;
- designing and maintaining databases, including investor relations CRM systems.
To excel in the role of Management Assistant (M/F/X), candidates should meet the following requirements:
- you have a bachelor's degree in Office Management, Multilingual Business Communication, or Languages, with prior experience as a management or executive assistant, ideally within a corporate environment;
- you have a bilingual level ( written and verbal) in Dutch, you are fluent in French, with a strong command of English;
- you have advanced computer skills and strong expertise in MS Office Suite.
