Wij zijn op zoek naar een technico-functionele SAP Ariba expert om ons Source-to-Pay team te versterken.

Samen met je collega's zorg je voor de werking van onze SAP Ariba-oplossing en neem je deel aan de lopende SAP Ariba-projecten.

Je rol:

Je biedt dagelijkse technico-functionele ondersteuning voor SAP Ariba (Modules SLP, Sourcing and Contracting, Buying/Guided Buying, Spend visibility):Je analyseert incidenten en verzoeken van gebruikers bij de NMBS.Je documenteert en configureert oplossingen voor bugs en wijzigingen.Je onderhoudt de relatie met onze interne klanten (NMBS – Procurement) om hun verzoeken voor verbeteringen op een kritische manier te verzamelen en te analyseren.Je bent proactief in het toepassen van best practices en het voorstellen van verbeteringen aan onze klant.Je fungeert als eerste contactpersoon voor onze ABAP-ontwikkelaars wanneer een ontwikkelingswerk vereist is voor bugfixes of verbeteringen. Je neemt deel als technico-functionele expert Source-to-Pay aan de lopende SAP Ariba-projecten: Je neemt deel aan alle fasen van de projecten: ontwerp, testen, opleiding, post-implementatie ondersteuning. Onze projecten voor 2025 zijn:Roll-out voor de B-TC-afdeling van de NMBS van een Guided Buying-oplossing voor indirecte inkoop (lopend, roll-out voor de afdelingen Stations en Technics)S2PO-oplossing voor spot buys > 30k € Je neemt deel aan het ontwerp en de implementatie van de integratiepunten tussen SAP Ariba en ECC MM. Je neemt deel als technico-functionele expert aan het S/4HANA-project (ShERPa Project):

NMBS start haar S/4HANA-implementatieproject in 2025.

Als technico-functionele SAP Ariba-expert neem je deel aan het ontwerp en de implementatie van integratiepunten tussen SAP Ariba en S/4HANA.

Vereisten

Je hebt een bachelor, master of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Je hebt minstens 8 jaar ervaring met SAP Ariba, alle modules, met name Upstream (SLP, Sourcing/Guided Sourcing, Contract management). Je hebt kennis van Sourcing en Procurement in ECC of S/4HANA. Je hebt ervaring met de integratie tussen SAP Ariba en SAP ECC of SAP S/4HANA. Je hebt één of meerdere SAP Ariba-certificaten en Sourcing and Procurement S/4HANA-certificaten (wenselijk, maar niet verplicht). Je werkt volgens de SAP Activate-methodologie. Kennis van tools zoals Jira, ServiceNow, Aris, SAP SolMan, Icertis is een plus. Kennis van de wetgeving inzake openbare aanbestedingen is een plus. Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Frans en/of Nederlands en Engels.

Je hebt een analytisch denkvermogen. Je richt je op de bedrijfsbehoeften en onderzoekt/analyseert totdat je het probleem begrijpt en het kunt omzetten naar een IT/SAP-oplossing. Je bent bereid om jezelf voortdurend te verbeteren en je kennis van SAP Ariba en SAP in het algemeen verder te verdiepen. Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief. Je werkt graag in teamverband en deelt je kennis met je collega's. Je kunt communiceren en een IT-oplossing eenvoudig uitleggen aan verschillende gesprekspartners. Je kunt taken plannen en coördineren voor jezelf en een klein team. Teamspirit is belangrijk: je biedt onze klant SNCB advies en ondersteuning met een positieve mindset. Je bent nuchter, bescheiden en pragmatisch: je denkt niet in termen van problemen, maar van oplossingen.
