Want to be part of our global team? Apply todayYOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESYou’ll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:Provide hands-on operational leadership to the UX/UI, Design System, and CRO teams using agile and design-thinking methodologiesCollaborate on long-term strategy and planning, and drive the execution of aligned design and optimization initiativesOversee team resource capacity, manage dependencies, and communicate planning needs across operational and project roadmapsMentor and support UX designers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culturePartner cross-functionally to refine processes related to UX/UI, design systems, and CRO for continuous improvementChampion user-centric design principles and ensure they are embedded throughout the product development lifecycleLead and support the UX/UI discovery and design process to create seamless user journeysContribute to defining creative direction and manage external design agencies when neededConduct user research and conversion optimization studies to align design with real user needs and behaviorsCreate and maintain UX style guides to ensure consistent design across all digital platformsEnsure a cohesive and unified user experience across devices and digital touchpointsCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with user needs and business goalsSupport ongoing development and optimization of the design systemDefine measurable UX goals and track KPIs to assess and improve design impactCoach, motivate, and guide team members through the implementation of new or improved solutions to ensure quality and efficiencyHOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILEWe’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:Master degree or equivalent by experience 7+ years of experience leading UX, Design System, and CRO teams in a similar roleStrong understanding of both B2B and B2C e-commerce, with solid knowledge of the MarTech landscapeProven experience in responsive design, ensuring seamless cross-device user experiencesFamiliarity with front-end development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptProficient in end-user research methodologies and applying insights to drive user-centered designSkilled in project management, including planning, prioritization, resource allocation, alignment, and outcome validationHands-on experience with industry tools: Figma (design/prototyping), Optimizely (A/B testing), and other user feedback platformsCreative mindset in combination with strong analytical and communication skillsCustomer-focused with strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUYou will become part of a people-oriented company where your well-being really matters.
