Job description Amaris Consulting is looking for a skilled and proactive Product Owner to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you will take ownership of product vision, backlog management, and delivery coordination within dynamic, cross-functional teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are translated into valuable digital solutions. 🔥 Your Responsibilities: Be the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams. Gather, define, and translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications. Build, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). Lead stakeholder workshops, manage expectations, and maintain a strong product vision. Collaborate with developers and UX/UI teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. Track product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Support testing, go-live activities, and post-deployment analysis. 🎯 Your Profile: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager role in an Agile environment. Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum principles, and software delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) – mandatory. Dutch is a strong asset, especially when collaborating with local stakeholders. Experience in sectors like banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
