Senior Project Manager Greenfield - Antwerpen - Chemical Recycling Als Project Manager Greenfield leid je de volledige uitvoering van een strategisch industrieel project, van initiële engineering tot commissioning. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen, aansturen en verder ontwikkelen van het engineering- en constructieteam. Binnen deze hands-on rol combineer je technische expertise met sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en hou je continu de vinger aan de pols op vlak van kost en timing. Je draagt de volledige eindverantwoordelijkheid over de uitvoering van het greenfieldproject. Paralelle opvolging van gedetailleerde engineering & constructie. Je stuurt een team aan van 5 fte's. Je rapporteert aan de PMO Senior Project Manager Greenfield - Antwerpen - Chemical Recycling Masterdiploma in een technische richting (Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur) Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring als Project Manager in industriële constructie (petrochemie is een troef) Aantoonbare ervaring met kost- en planningscontrole in complexe projecten Sterke analytische, rapporterings- en communicatievaardigheden Ervaring in samenwerking met grote engineeringpartners Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
