Luxe Talent, International recruitment agency specialized in Fashion, is currently looking for a professional and dynamic Sales Assistant Part-time 24h or Full Time for a Premium Brand for their boutique in Knokke, Belgium. JOB DESCRIPTION: Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards; Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling; Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM; Promote customer relationships; Maintain a clean environment in the Store at the highest standard; Working within established guidelines; Contribute to build team working sharing information and best practices. The successful candidate must be fluent in English, French and Dutch, any other language is a plus. He / She must have at least a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales for Premium Brands. We are looking for a passionate professional who can provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. The Sales advisor must have a goal oriented profile, be able to work in a team and a problem-solving mind.
