Private Banker Assistant pour Bruxelles

En tant que Private Banker Assistant, vous avez les responsabilités suivantes :
- Assurer un support opérationnel quotidien au Banquier Privé dans la gestion et le suivi des portefeuilles clients ;
- Participer à l'exécution des opérations financières, telles que le traitement des virements (nationaux et internationaux) et l'administration des ordres de bourse (actions, obligations, produits dérivés) en lien avec les salles de marché ;
- Préparer et actualiser les rapports financiers, documents de présentation et autres supports pour les rendez-vous avec les clients ;
- Coordonner avec les équipes internes (compliance, middle et back-office) pour garantir l'efficacité et la conformité des opérations financières ;
- Répondre aux demandes des clients concernant la gestion de leurs comptes, les transactions ou les placements, en veillant à offrir un service réactif et personnalisé ;
- Garantir le respect des réglementations en collaboration avec les équipes compliance et participer à la mise à jour des processus internes.
En tant que Private Banker Assistant, vous avez le profil suivant :
- Diplôme de Bachelier en économie, finance, ou une discipline connexe, ou une expérience équivalente ;
- Une première expérience dans le secteur bancaire, avec une bonne compréhension des opérations de marché et des produits financiers ;
- Une excellente aptitude à la communication et au service client, capable de gérer des demandes variées avec professionnalisme ;
- Capacité à exécuter des tâches complexes avec rigueur et autonomie ;
- Familiarité avec les outils informatiques et systèmes bancaires, avec un attrait pour l'analyse des données financières.
