Hoe ziet je job eruit?
Als assistant shopmanager ben je de rechterhand van de store manager. Een bureaujob? Integendeel De winkel is je habitat en jij garandeert dat hij er altijd keurig bij ligt. Rekken vullen, bestellingen plaatsen en opvolgen, de interne taakverdeling uitstippelen … Je bent samen met de store manager het aanspreekpunt voor je collega's. Je stimuleert het team en geeft eerlijke feedback. Een assistant winkelmanager is een rots in de branding. Je springt bij om je teamleden operationeel te ondersteunen.Wie ben jij?
Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs (BSO, TSO, ASO) op zak. Je hebt al enkele leidinggevende ervaringen op je conto geschreven, als assistent store manager in een kleinere winkel of in een compleet andere sector. Enthousiast, energiek en klantgericht: dat ben jij ten voeten uit. Je houdt steeds het hoofd koel, volgt mee de KPI's op en stelt de juiste prioriteiten voorop. Je bent nauwkeurig, werkt georganiseerd en zet graag de puntjes op de i. Werken op zaterdag? Geen probleem In ruil geniet je van een vrije weekdag.Wat krijg jij van ons?
Een voltijds contract (36u/per week) van onbepaalde duur. Als assistant store manager krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket en een aantrekkelijk salaris, in lijn met je ervaring, vaardigheden en inzet. Boven op je brutoloon geniet je van een waaier aan premies en extralegale voordelen. Jij hebt recht op 20 wettelijke vakantiedagen en extra ADV-dagen. Omdat we fan zijn van een goede work-lifebalans bieden we bovendien bijkomende anciënniteitsdagen. Je wordt getrakteerd op interessante opleidingen en ambitieuze doorgroeimogelijkheden.
