By continuously monitoring worldwide news and analyzing and forecasting the industrial and societal dynamics that change our world faster than ever before, we are able to support organizations in their strategic decision-making process with insights tailored to their business environment.What You'll DoAchieve annual and quarterly revenue targets and provide timely and accurate pipeline forecasts and reportingHuntingSetup and execute a lead generation plan and ensure the delivery of a continuous pipeline of qualified opportunities through various prospecting means, including social selling, networking, cross-selling, outbound mail automation, exhibitions, partnerships ,inbound lead support etc.Take full ownership of deals: manage and convert deals throughout the complete sales cycle: from 1st meeting to contract closing and startup.Negotiate contracts / SLA’s / procurement cyclesDevelop and execute an account “attack and nurture” plan for each of our key markets and accounts Help setup the creation of high performance sales and marketing process Product AlignmentWork with internal product/R&D/dev teams to ensure complete organisational understanding of client needsEffectively use the resources of the organisation to support the sales processSupport the team of technical and customer success resources to help achieve your objectives Identify and report on market trends, competitor activity, customer demand, buying process developments and other relevant market intelligence Key Performance Indicators Revenue forecasted and achieved on a quarterly and annual basisValue and quality of leads and opportunitiesContribution to overall effectiveness of sales, marketing and service delivery – idea generation, participation with service delivery, effective reporting, commitment to continuous improvement Who We're Looking For(+)3 year of experience in selling Software solutionsProven track record of reaching and exceeding sales targetsDegree standard, strong verbal numerical skillsAbility to present wellExperience at selling to Senior ManagementProven abilities in negotiation and closingExperience in leading and winning RFPsAble to demonstrate ownership and setting of own goals, as well as prioritisationProven abilities in account start up and transfer into account and operational management Proven ability to work effectively with a team of people with different skill-sets to progress business opportunities – including, PMs, DEvs and consultancy / support teamsYour ToolsOur officeReady to Shape the Futur of Trends Tracking?
