Production Manager - W-Vlaanderen - Chemie Als Production Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productie met een sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit, output en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Je neemt het voortouw in procesoptimalisaties en doelgerichte investeringen. Je beheert en doet de opvolging van KPI's, waaronder veiligheid, stilstanden, kwaliteit en productie output. Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende afdelingen en zorgt voor een sterke synergy. Deze organisatie staat aan het begin van een belangrijke transformatie en zoekt iemand die mensen en processen kan meenemen naar een hoger niveau. Je zal rapporteren aan de Operations Manager. Production Manager - W-Vlaanderen - Chemie Je beschikt over een technische Bachelor of Master Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol binnen productie of operations. Je hebt ervaring binnen de chemische sector en binnen een SEVESO-omgeving. Je bent gedreven in het opzetten en uitrollen van verbetertrajecten of transformaties binnen een industriële omgeving. Je bent georganiseerd, analytisch en hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
