Onze directie CINSO beheert levensverzekeringsproducten, van productontwikkeling en verkoop tot monitoring. Voor onze afdeling Business Change & Monitoring gaan we op zoek naar een Business Analist Levensverzekeringen.
De rol van deze afdeling is het coördineren van bedrijfsprojecten die een IT-impact hebben en gekoppeld zijn aan wettelijke veranderingen, nieuwe verzekeringsoplossingen of operationele verbeteringen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Als Business Analyst Life Insurance ben je verantwoordelijk voor :
- De business helpen om hun behoeften te definiëren, de business requirements te definiëren en deze te formaliseren in de standaarddocumenten.
- Het definiëren van business cases voor projecten en voorgestelde oplossingen
- Bestaande systemen analyseren en de impact op processen beoordelen
- Effectief samenwerken met de betrokken partijen (IT, Operations, Business, Distributie, enz.) en een vertrouwensrelatie ontwikkelen met je interne klanten en leveranciers.
- Het project bewaken, de verschillende betrokken partijen coördineren, regelmatig communiceren over de voortgang van het project en ervoor zorgen dat de ontwikkelingen voldoen aan de vastgestelde behoeften
- Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van de verschillende UAT-tests (processen en berekeningen) om de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van de ontwikkelingen te garanderen
- Geïdentificeerde bugs opvolgen tot ze volledig zijn opgelost.
- Wijzigingen duidelijk en volledig documenteren
- De verandering ondersteunen door communicatie- en trainingsmateriaal op te stellen en training te geven aan eindgebruikers
- Monitoren van het project totdat het beheer wordt overgenomen door de IT-teams
- Onderhouden, ondersteunen en testen van terugkerende operationele processen die analyse vereisen
- Ondersteuning bieden bij productieproblemen waarvoor een bedrijfsanalyse nodig is
Jouw profiel
· Je hebt minimaal een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in wiskunde, IT of economie, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
· Je hebt ten minste 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur in de sector levensverzekeringen of beleggingsproducten voor banken.
· Kennis van traditionele leven- en/of collectieve levensproducten is een pluspunt.
· Je spreekt Frans of Nederlands met een goede beheersing van de andere landstaal en je kunt in het Engels werken.
· Je bent bedreven in MS Office en hebt kennis van BPMN. Je hebt ook ervaring met het schrijven van business requirements.
· Je kan vlot communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en je hebt ervaring met change management.
· Je bent analytisch
· Je bent klant- en oplossingsgericht.
· Je bent nauwgezet, georganiseerd en resultaatgericht.
· Je kunt onder druk werken en respecteert deadlines.
· Je bent gericht op continuous improvement.
· Je bent zelfstandig en neemt initiatief, maar je kunt ook in teamverband werken.
