Als Engineer Acces Control ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van technische ondersteuning aan pre-sales engineers, het ontwikkelen van gedetailleerde technische designs, het installeren en onderhouden van oplossingen, en het vervullen van een technische expert rol binnen projectteams. Je bent nauw betrokken bij cybersecurity en zorgt voor continue service naar klanten.
je verantwoordelijkheden:
- Technische ondersteuning bieden aan pre-sales engineers.
- Opstellen van gedetailleerde technische designs en uitvoeren van installaties.
- Onderhouden en herstellen van geïnstalleerde oplossingen.
- Vervullen van technische expert rol binnen projectteams.
- Aandacht voor cybersecurity en naleving van veiligheidsnormen.
- Uitvoeren van jaarlijkse keuringen onder leiding van Engineering Manager.
- Zelfstandig werken met frequent overleg met leidinggevenden.
- Meten, rapporteren en verbeteren van KPI's.
- Geven van basisopleidingen aan collega's en klanten.
- Bachelor/Master in Engineering of gelijkwaardig.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in technische ondersteuning en projectmanagement.
- Kennis van cybersecurity, ITIL, PRINCE2 of PMI, en VCA.
- Goede communicatie- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
- Flexibiliteit, zelfstandigheid en resultaatgerichtheid.
