Overview KEMIN AquaScience – EMENA is seeking a Senior Research Associate.We have an exciting opportunity for a (Senior) Research Associate to join the Kemin AquaScience team This 2-year assignment offers a unique chance to contribute to innovative research in aquaculture nutrition, with a strong focus on fermentation processes and biochemical testing.This role includes a collaborative research component with Ghent University, where part of the laboratory work and testing will be conducted. Responsibilities What you’ll be doingDesign, execute, and analyze fermentation experiments to develop microbial-based ingredients for aquaculture.Conduct biochemical and microbiological tests, both in-house and in collaboration with Ghent University.Coordinate with academic partners to ensure alignment on experimental protocols and data sharing.Collaborate with internal teams including formulation, analytical services, and commercial units.Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to internal reports, publications, or patent applications.
