Your journey with us For our Accountancy practice, we are looking for an Accounting Tech & Process Expert to strengthen our operations team. Our mission in our operations team is to support our business & internal teams by providing them with tools fit for purpose in a smooth and efficient process. Always keeping an eye on the digital future and evolutions, thus inspiring our talent to get the best results for our clients. You can help us by: Keeping an eye on the market for interesting and future-proof technology Organizing demos and proof of concepts for innovative solutions Fitting added-value tech in our processes and roll-out the technology to our people Being connected to our main software suppliers Looking for process optimization opportunities in our accounting and annual closing process of our clients Evaluating suggested process improvements with our business Working in close collaboration with our IT team Let’s talk about you You have at least 5 years of experience within an accounting and/or accounting software environment You have a strong interest in process optimization, digitization and process improvements You have an affinity with technology and the impact it has on today's and future ways of working You find it easy to connect dots and solve problems You are hands-on and have a can-do attitude You have basic project management skills You are change minded and always try to find the best efficiency You are fluent in English and Dutch, knowledge of French is a plus
