Deze functie situeert zich in de Product Journey Tribe, die de tooling omvat voor netwerkontwerp, productactivatie (OSS), klantafspraakplanning, location intelligence (GIS), logical inventory support, network monitoring & representatie alsook product journey design.
We richten ons op de appointment journey voor de thuisdiensten van onze klanten en het handhaven van de netwerkkwaliteit. In samenwerking met onze partners leveren we oplossingen om diensten door technici te voorzien en te activeren. We werken nauw samen met architecten, bedrijfs- en procesanalisten om betrouwbare en schaalbare oplossingen te ontwerpen. Je wordt goed ondersteund door de product owner en senior collega's. We hebben dagelijks interactie met de onshore en offshore analisten, developers en testers van onze IT-leveringspartner om tijdige levering van hoogwaardige en duurzame oplossingen te garanderen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
Je helpt bij het vertalen van business requirements of vragen naar functionele en niet-functionele requirements op "epic" niveau. Dit wordt ondersteund door een senior analist om ervoor te zorgen dat belangrijke requirements niet worden gemist. Je zorgt ervoor dat de vereiste requirements leiden tot generieke, duurzame, toekomstgerichte, onderhoudbare en gebruiksvriendelijke IT-oplossingen. Je werkt samen met de softwarearchitecten om het applicatielandschap te begrijpen en draagt bij aan de architectuur van het applicatielandschap om overall solution designs te ontwikkelen. Je deelt proactief deze kennis, inclusief de context ervan. Je fungeert als een "brugfiguur" en coördineert goed met de business en technische stakeholders (intern of extern), waarbij je de end-to-end oplossing in gedachten houdt. Je co-creëert met, ondersteunt en challenget de on- en offshore analisten, developers en testers van onze IT-leveringspartner op een manier dat de scope behouden blijft, requirements en oplossingen consistent worden uitgewerkt op "story" niveau. Je helpt bij het beoordelen en valideren van de vereiste capaciteit/inspanning en levert input om geïnformeerde beslissingen te vergemakkelijken. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, consistentie, schaalbaarheid en ontwikkeling van applicaties om de bruikbaarheid en kosten te optimaliseren. Je presenteert voorstellen voor verbeteringen, voedt de backlog om efficiënte prioritering te ondersteunen. Je werkt samen met IT-leveringspartners om oplossingen te ontwerpen en implementeren, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat ze in lijn zijn met de applicatiefilosofie. Wat wij zoeken :
Je hebt min. 1 à 2 jaar ervaring als Business Analist of Business Consultant en ervaring met integratieprojecten of -applicaties. Je hebt uitstekende communicatieskills en past je communicatie aan verschillende doelgroepen aan. Je hebt een passie voor en ervaring met agile werkmethoden (scrum methodologie). Je werkt goed samen en hebt een georganiseerde werkstijl. Je kunt pragmatisch denken en complexe problemen oplossen. Je neemt initiatief en werkt zelfstandig met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je hebt bewezen ervaring in samenwerking met externe partners of vendors. Je bent beschikbaar om minstens twee dagen per week vanuit het Telenet-kantoor te werken. Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Engels; Nederlands is een groot pluspunt.
