Bij Agromanager ontwikkelen we een ERP-computersysteem dat gebruikt wordt door honderden fruittelers in binnen- en buitenland. Door de combinatie van verschillende applicaties en online modules kan een fruitteler zijn ultieme softwarepakket samenstellen, waardoor zijn administratie sterk wordt vereenvoudigd. Doordat we pas sinds 2018 zijn opgericht, kom je terecht in een jong en dynamisch bedrijf waar innovatie en samenwerking centraal staan.



Functiebeschrijving

Als Product Specialist Fruitteelt & Certificering speel je een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van telers bij het behalen van certificaten en het begrijpen van complexe wet- en regelgeving. Jouw affiniteit met de fruitteeltsector en talent om ingewikkelde materie om te zetten naar heldere taal maken jou de schakel tussen telers, ons supportteam en verschillende controle-instanties zoals de CTGB.

  • Telers adviseren over certificering en toelatingen, zoals gewasbeschermingsmiddelen en andere regelgeving.
  • Complexe wet- en regelgeving vertalen naar begrijpelijke, praktijkgerichte informatie voor telers.
  • Telers ondersteunen bij het behalen en behouden van hun certificaten.
  • Samenwerken met ons supportteam om klantvragen te beantwoorden en passende oplossingen te bieden.
  • Optreden als contactpersoon tussen Agromanager en controle-instanties zoals CTGB of andere certificeringsinstanties.
  • Testen van nieuwe functionaliteiten en bijdragen aan het verbeteren van onze software.

Je combineert een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte instelling met een klantgerichte focus. Jouw doel is om telers op een efficiënte, heldere manier te helpen, zodat zij kunnen focussen op hun teeltactiviteiten.

Job gerelateerde competenties

  • Je hebt ervaring of affiniteit met de fruitteeltsector.
  • Je hebt interesse in certificering, wetgeving en toelatingen binnen de agrarische sector.
  • Communicatief vaardig: je weet ingewikkelde informatie helder over te brengen.
  • Sterk in het plannen en prioriteren van taken, ook onder druk.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
