Als Senior Business Controller maak je deel uit van het controlling team en ben je bottom line verantwoordelijk voor het Full P&L finance management van jouw specifieke brands/business units. Je bent de directe rechterhand van de Managing Directors van je business units en binnen Finance rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Controlling Director. Je zal optreden als een immer aanwezige en impactvolle business partner voor je MD's en verschillende andere stakeholders binnen en buiten de groep en neemt zelf initiatief om zaken te optimaliseren en nieuwe projecten op te starten. Als Senior Business Controller speel je een centrale rol in het succes van jouw business units/brands. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: P&L management / Finance rapportering: Je zorgt ervoor dat de actuele cijfers van de groep correct worden weergegeven in de management rapportering; Je analyseertde cijfers grondig en biedt inzichten in varianties ten opzichte van voorgaande periodes, het vooropgestelde budget en de forecast; hierbij draag je A-Z verantwoordelijkheid over de FULL P&L. Daarnaast voer je heel wat verschillende ad hoc business analyses uit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse closing; kwartaal- en jaarclosing; Je maakt proactief suggesties ter optimalisatie van de controlling en rapporteringsprocessen. Business management: Je bent dé sparring partner vanuit Finance voor jouw business brand/business units met internationale scope en voert analyses uit rond zowel financiële als operationele KPI's. denk aan Operations, Marketing, Sales, etc. Je spart dag in dag uit op strategische wijze met de general managers van je business units. Je brengt diepgaande inzichten in de risico's en opportuniteiten van de business aan en handelt hier proactief naar; je werkt concrete business actieplannen uit en implementeert deze in de business. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van budgetten en forecasts alsook long term plans; Je brengt diepgaande inzichten in kosten(structuren) en voorspelt tendensen; Je werkt op verschillende financiële projecten die zich over het volledige operationele proces uitstrekken, met oog voor optimalisaties en efficiëntie. Je vertaalt de business performances in financiële inzichten en andersom business noden in financiële maatregelen die je ook effectief implementeert bij de business en het business management hierop challenget. Je hebt daarbij wekelijks contact met de Managing Directors van je brands/units. Je hebt een Master diploma in Economie/Finance; Je hebt zo'n 4 tot 8 jaar relevante ervaring in business controlling/financiële analyse of externe audit + business controlling op full P&L. Nederlands is je moedertaal, verder ben je zeer vloeiend in het Engels, kennis van het Frans is een plus; Je bent analytisch ingesteld en legt snelle linken tussen de cijfers en de business; Je bent een creatieve oplossingsgerichte business partner en gaat hands-on, pragmatisch en doelgericht te werk Je kan zowel gedetailleerd werken als een helikopterview bewaren; Je kan sterk connecteren en impactvol communiceren met verschillende stakeholders; Deadlines? Geen probleem, deze weet je te respecteren. Je komt terecht in een sterke en dynamische omgeving met internationale successen binnen een evoluerende sector, waar je een brede en vooral impactvolle rol uitoefent met een stevige portie verantwoordelijkheid. Je staat met beide voeten gegrond in de core business van een topspeler binnen de industrie en wordt gestimuleerd om zelf actief bij te dragen aan het (internationale) succes van de groep.
