Als Interne Auditor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toepassen van interne auditmethodologieën binnen de financiële sector. Je werkt aan sterk gereguleerde, technische en transversale auditopdrachten binnen een volwassen controleomgeving. Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden Plannen en uitvoeren van interne auditopdrachten op basis van het jaarlijks auditplan, goedgekeurd door het Directie- en Auditcomité. Uitvoeren van minstens drie auditmissies per jaar, samen met 2–3 follow-upactiviteiten om de implementatie van aanbevelingen te beoordelen. Werken in kwartaalcycli, waarbij elke nieuwe auditopdracht binnen drie maanden wordt gelanceerd. Evalueren van governance, risicobeheer en controleprocessen en concrete aanbevelingen doen om deze te optimaliseren. Bijdragen aan de afstemming en kennisdeling tussen de onderneming en haar moedermaatschappij, door gebruik te maken van de expertise van beide auditteams. Samenwerken met experts in juridische zaken, data-analyse, actuariaat, IT-audit en IFRS-compliance voor gespecialiseerde risicoanalyses. Auditeren van investeringsprocessen, AI-gestuurde besluitvormingsmodellen en GDPR/CSRD-naleving, en zo de nieuwste technologische ontwikkelingen volgen. Opstellen van auditrapporten in het Engels en zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie met managers en belangrijke stakeholders. Deelnemen aan cross-entity auditprojecten, met name in domeinen zoals vastgoedinvesteringen, zorginstellingen en recente overnames. Profile description Masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied (Financiën, Bedrijfskunde, Economie, Actuariële Wetenschappen, enz.). Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in interne of externe audit, bij voorkeur binnen de financiële sector (verzekeringen, banken of vermogensbeheer). Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels. Sterke analytische vaardigheden, oog voor detail en in staat om complexe auditbevindingen om te zetten in duidelijke, bruikbare inzichten. Interesse om expertise uit te breiden buiten het eigen vakgebied (bv. AI-gestuurde audits, duurzaamheidsregelgeving). Een certificering in interne audit (CIA, CISA, enz.) is een plus, of bereidheid om deze de komende jaren te behalen.
