Mastering account payables, from handling invoices to taming VAT. Playing matchmaker for the SSC by advising on G/L accounts and VAT codes. Being the superhero of expense handling, supporting Corporate Department and SSC staff. Performing acrobatics on accounting books for accuracy and consistency. Engaging in a friendly game of balance confirmation with suppliers and customers. Navigating bank transactions with finesse and ensuring balance reconciliation. Settling expenses with employees and travel agencies, from out-of-pocket to corporate card transactions. Adding a touch of financial magic with closing adjustments at quarter-end. Channeling Sherlock Holmes vibes to study and solve ad hoc issues in accounting and tax. Degree in Accounting/Finance 4+ years of experience in accounting, GL or financial accounting Knowledge of IFRS is a plus Knowledge of BEGAAP is a must Strong Excel skills, SAP is a bonus Proactive mindset and attention to detail Fluent in English A competitive monthly salary A professional working environment in Brussels Support from a friendly and dynamic team
