FINANCIAL CONTROLLERKey Responsibilities: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis in coordination with the group Monthly closing regarding the compliance with group policies and deadlines Financial reporting (Management Business Review) Balance sheet reviews with the CFO and Tax compliance (VAT, tax filings) Handle cash flow reporting, fixed assets register Supervise treasury operations, bank relations, cash management Supervise the AP/AR teams ensuring timely invoicing and payments Manage payroll finalization, bank reporting & annual audit processes Improve financial processes & internal controls Coach & develop the accounting team FINANCIAL CONTROLLERThe profile I'm looking for: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, or a related field Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, a background in a BIG4 is welcome Languages: French, English & Dutch Personal Qualities: A sense of responsibility, proactivity, and strong analytical skills Good technical skills FINANCIAL CONTROLLERThe offered salary package includes: Attractive salary based on your experience Company car + fuel card Bonus Net allowances of €150 Meal vouchers Eco vouchers Group & health insurance 29 days of leave 1 day of remote work per week Training opportunities
