WAAR KOM JE TERECHT?

De dienst 'Toezicht op de door de vennootschappen verspreide informatie' is verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op de informatieverstrekking door de genoteerde vennootschappen. Dit toezicht heeft o.m. betrekking op:

informatie die gepubliceerd wordt naar aanleiding van IPO's, fusies, openbare overnamebiedingen e.d. periodieke informatie, met inbegrip van duurzaamheidsrapportering. voorwetenschap. 

De vereisten inzake duurzaamheidsrapportering door genoteerde vennootschappen evolueren snel. De aanpassing van de toezichtspraktijk aan deze veranderende vereisten is één van de uitdagingen van de dienst de komende jaren.

WAT WORDT JE FUNCTIE?

Je werkt samen met je collega's, die vooral juristen en economisten zijn, mee aan het toezicht op de duurzaamheidsrapportering door de genoteerde vennootschappen.

WAT BRENG JIJ IN?

Je hebt een master in de milieu- of bio-ingenieurswetenschappen. Je hebt een uitgesproken belangstelling voor de financiële markten en voor de ESG-uitdagingen waar de ondernemingen mee worden geconfronteerd.  Je beschikt over een proactieve ingesteldheid en sterke analytische en synthetische vaardigheden. Je bent in staat om op hoog niveau contacten te onderhouden en onderhandelingen te voeren met de gecontroleerde ondernemingen. Je hebt het vermogen om over technische materie op een heldere manier te communiceren. Je bent een teamspeler die evengoed zelfstandig kan werken. Je troeven zijn leergierigheid en oplossingsgerichtheid. Je hebt een grondige kennis van het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels. Je hebt een goede kennis van de gebruikelijke Microsoft Office-toepassingen (Outlook, Word, Excel, ...). Bij voorkeur heb je enkele jaren werkervaring. Je hebt affiniteit met de taken van algemeen belang waarmee de FSMA belast is.
