Now,we are looking for a Portfolio Engineer inBelgium The SeniorProject Portfolio Engineer is part of a team responsible for theenablement and support of several projects and portfolio managementcapabilities in the pharmaceutical industry, including schedule management,resource management, financial management, portfolio management, andperformance reporting through KPI follow-up. The role reports to the PortfoliosDirector. What is the role About? •Youwill run large/multiple project’s portfolios, and teams of project managersbeing able to manage a portfolio of projects that span across variousapplications and integrations, •Developproject scheduling using tools such asMicrosoft Project. •Operateas a subject matter expert, providing training and support on systems, tools,and processes, to set up team members for success. •EnterpriseProgram Management Office (PMO) experience a plus. •Remainingcurrent with rapidly evolving internal and external policies and procedures •Innovativeand forward-thinking •Excellentoral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills •Experiencein Six Sigma/Lean methodologies is a plus •Knowledgeof financial processes, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceuticalindustry regulations is highly desirable •Takesinitiative and provides leadership in solving problems, improving processes Requirements Benefits Permanentcontract Safety, Prevention andWell-being are basics for us.
