Missie
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en opvolging van het opleidingsbeleid van de volledige Ziegler Group.
Taken
Jij zet jouw schouders onder onze bedrijfseigen 'Academy' en je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van leerbeleid, procedures en initiatieven. Je stelt opleidingsschema's op waarbij collega's kunnen genieten van opleidingen en zichzelf verder kunnen ontplooien en je volgt lopende leertrajecten op en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je houdt jezelf ook op de hoogte van de subsidies die beschikbaar zijn voor de paritaire comités en je dient subsidiedossiers in. Je volgt het trainingsbudget nauw op. Je organiseert en optimaliseert onboardingsproces voor nieuwe medewerkers. Jij draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de organisatie en opvolging van de periodieke gezondheidsbeoordelingen van onze medewerkers (efficiënte planning, tijdige communicatie,…) Je volgt de regelementering mbt de rij- en rusttijden stipt op. Je werkt nauw samen met de dienst HR aan HR projecten.Profiel
Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Je kan aantoonbare expertise voorleggen mbt learning and developement Je bent een teamplayer, maar je kan ook perfect zelfstandig werken Je hebt zin voor initiatief en je denkt graag mee, om huidige processen te optimaliseren of te implementeren. Je hebt een coachende persoonlijkheid en praten voor een groep schrikt je niet af Je bent tweetalig Frans, Nederlands. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt Je bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar de verschillende filialenAanbod
