You’ll be at the forefront of identity innovation, driving secure access, seamless authentication, and compliance across cloud and hybrid platforms. Collaborate with architects, security teams, and application owners to deliver robust identity solutions aligned with Zero Trust and modern IAM principlesKey ResponsibilitiesDesign & Implementation: Architect, configure, and maintain Entra ID tenants, including user, group, and application management. Integrate SaaS and on-premises applications using SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID ConnectAuthentication & Access: Implement and manage SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM). Customize claims, configure adaptive access, and enable passwordless authenticationIdentity Governance: Support identity lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), access reviews, and governance processes. Manage guests, external partners, and cross-tenant accessAutomation & DevOps: Automate identity operations using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Terraform, and GitLab. Develop scripts and CI/CD pipelines to streamline IAM processesSecurity & Compliance: Monitor sign-in activity, audit logs, and respond to identity-related security alerts using Microsoft Defender for Identity. Ensure compliance with GDPR, NIST, and other regulationsCollaboration: Work closely with InfoSec, application owners, and cross-functional teams to align on project objectives and technical outcomesSupport & Documentation: Provide Tier 2/3 support for identity incidents, document configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Mentor IAM engineers and support teams across regionsProfile3+ years of proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) in enterprise environments. Deep knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and hybrid identity setupsAutomation: Strong PowerShell scripting and automation workflows. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, GitLab)Identity Governance: Familiarity with identity lifecycle management, access reviews, and governance platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta)Security: Understanding of Zero Trust architecture, modern IAM principles, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, NIST, HIPAA, SOX)Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally, and experience in client-facing rolesCertifications: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) or similar certifications are a plusMultilingual skills: French or Dutch (active) and English (active)Experience with Privileged Access Management tools (CyberArk, Microsoft PIM).Familiarity with DevOps orchestration tools (Docker, Jenkins, Bitbucket).Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government).Workplace type: Hybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
