Actief in de vastgoedsector, is Emeria Benelux een groeiende groep die particulieren en bedrijven bedient. Het neemt een leidende positie in België, het Groothertogdom Luxemburg en is ook aanwezig in Nederland. Syncura is toonaangevend syndicus in België met meer dan 35 jaar ervaring in vastgoedbeheer. Intussen telt Syncura 165 medewerkers die instaan voor het dagdagelijks beheer van de gemeenschappelijke delen van residenties, assistentiewoningen en bedrijfsvastgoed. Vandaag de dag heeft Syncura 44.000 kavels in het beheer en 14 kantoren, verspreid over Vlaanderen en Brussel. Onze ambities blijven groot en ook de komende jaren voorzien wij verdere groei. Syncura maakt bovendien deel uit van Emeria Group, een Europese leider op vlak van residentiële vastgoed diensten. Je komt dus terecht in een financieel zeer stabiele organisatie met werkzekerheid op lange termijn. Om ons tof team te versterken, gaat Syncura op zoek naar een Property Manager. Wat ga je doen als Property Manager? Elke dag is uniek bij Syncura, als Property Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks reilen en zeilen in de gemeenschappelijke delen van jouw gebouwen, voornamelijk residentiële appartementenJe bent de ‘CEO’ en eindverantwoordelijke van jouw eigen portefeuille waar je instaat voor het kwalitatief beheer van deze gebouwen Als rechtstreekse aanspreekpunt van de mede-eigenaars en leveranciers ben je makkelijk bereikbaar en zorg je voor een snelle serviceIn nauw overleg met jouw collega Technical Property Manager zorg je ervoor dat alle nodige en dringende herstellingen uitgevoerd worden de werken opgevolgd worden en de administratie en facturatie correct isSamen met de Accounting Officers sta je in voor de opmaak van het jaarlijkse beheerbudget en het nakijken van de afrekeningenJe volgt juridische en/of schadedossiers op Tot slot ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van algemene vergaderingen (+/- 2/week ’s avonds) waarop alle eigenaars uitgenodigd worden Wat kan je verwachten? Op regelmatige basis worden er events georganiseerd zoals een teambuilding, een afterwork, de nieuwjaarsparty, een partijtje padel met de collega's etc Je werkt volgens een glijdend uurrooster met veel flexibiliteit, aangevuld met 12 extra vakantiedagen (ADV). Daarnaast kan je als Property Manager tot 3 dagen/week van thuis werken waarbij het nodige kantoormateriaal (zoals bureaustoel, computerschermen, docking station...) ter beschikking gesteld wordt. Je komt terecht in een professioneel en goed georganiseerde organisatie in volle expansie, die resoluut voor een andere aanpak gaat en 'de nieuwe standaard' in de markt wil worden.
