Organizing shipments within the Vaccines network.Coordinating the shipping and billing of vaccines from GSK facilities to customers.Collecting, validating, and sharing shipment documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, transport documents, AWB, BL, certificates) with customers.Providing customer support by addressing claims and complaints and maintaining effective communication with clients.Supporting the maintenance of relevant local process documentation.Acting as a key enabler and contributor to continuous improvements and transformation initiatives within Vaccines Distribution Planning.What are we looking for?
