We are looking for a business consultant that connects the dots, connects people and connects the business with technology. Then this role might be your next challenge Your responsibilities as a Business Consultant : As a Business Consultant in our Solutions Tribe, you will play a key role in guiding our solutions teams through strategic initiatives and business transformations. You will: Help develop and refine the vision how we operate within the Solutions tribe and how we connect to our customers. Understanding very well the way we work today, but also implementing a vision for the future. Analyze and design innovative solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders from all corners of the organization both in solutions, as well as in sales, operations, development and finance. Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring business value is maximized. Define acceptance criteria, monitor transformation, and lead change management. Co-design and continuously improve presales and solution development and lifecycle mgmt. processes, offering expert advice. Our ideal Business Consultant : You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience with min. 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a commercial or technical environment. You have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, ideally affinity with sales and marketing, knowledge of business processes, IT and/or network environments. You have experience with business cases, process modeling, and stakeholder management. You’re a team player with a can-do mentality. You’re resilient, eager to learn, and customer-focused. You communicate clearly and convincingly, and you know how to get buy-in. You are fluent in Dutch & English.
