Het bedrijf Onze klant is een solide en groeiende Belgische onderneming die projecten realiseert bij klanten wereldwijd. Vanuit de vestiging in Oost-Vlaanderen worden alle service contracten gecoördineerd. Om het werk van een ploeg techniekers optimaal in goede banen te leiden, zoeken we een Teamlead Service Contracten. Jouw functie Als Teamlead Service Contracten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en aansturen van een team dat instaat voor de netheid en het technisch basisonderhoud van de installaties on site bij klanten. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor externe contacten en zorgt voor een vlotte en professionele opvolging. Zowel voor binnen- als buitenland coördineer je de opdrachten op een efficiënte manier, via een rigoureuze planning op jaarbasis. Je begeleidt de dagelijkse werking van de techniekers en fungeert als klankbord bij vragen of situaties onderweg. Je schakelt vlot met interne afdelingen om de juiste informatie te verzamelen en een vlotte uitvoering te garanderen. Een nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling van de uitgevoerde opdrachten en een correcte registratie in het softwaresysteem valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je onderhoudt proactief contact met klanten en speelt flexibel in op hun behoeften, zowel preventief als bij dringende vragen. Veiligheid staat bij jou voorop. Je waarborgt de naleving van voorschriften tijdens elk klantbezoek. Jouw profiel Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma. Techniek boeit je en je staat open om je hierin verder te verdiepen. Je hebt een natuurlijke flair voor peoplemanagement: je weet hoe je een team inspireert, motiveert en aanstuurt. Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt vlot doordachte beslissingen. Heldere communicatie is voor jou essentieel: je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels. Plannen en dispatchen zijn jouw tweede natuur. Je haalt energie uit klantgericht werken en zorgt ervoor dat elke klantvraag met zorg en aandacht wordt opgevolgd.
