Description du poste : Nous recherchons un gestionnaire sinistre multi-branches expérimenté, avec une spécilisation en RC, RC Administrateur. La connaissance de la branche Cyber est un plus. Le gestionnaire sera capable de gérer tant les sinistres complexes que les sinistres courants, et aura également de l’expérience au niveau des expertises sur le terrain.Formation :Bac en assurances, Master en Droit ou expérience équivalenteLangues :Bilingue Néérlandais-français avec une bonne connaissance de l’anglaisResponsabilités :Gestion les sinistres toutes branches en néérlandais et en françaisAnalyse des polices d’assurance et des sinistresConseiller les clients sur les démarches à suivreVisiter les clients pour des réunions de suivi des sinistresParticiper aux expertises d’une façon proactive Négocier avec les assureurs et les experts pour obtenir des règlements optimauxProfil recherché :Orienté client : capacité d’écoute du client et volonté trouver une solution qui lui convientFlexibilité : Capacité à s'adapter aux différentes situations et exigences du poste.Autonomie : Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à prendre des initiatives.Disponibilité : Prêt à participer aux expertises et aux réunions avec les clients.Esprit d'initiative : Proactif dans la résolution des problèmes et la prise de décisions.Capacité d'analyse : Aptitude à analyser les sinistres et les polices d'assurance de manière approfondie.Résolution des problèmes : Compétence en identification et résolution des problèmes liés aux sinistres.Esprit d’équipe : capacité à travailler en harmonie avec les autres membres de l’équipe, en encourageant la coopération et en créant un environnement de travail positif.Orientation solution : aptitude à identifier les problèmes et à proposer des solutions efficaces et innovantes.Pragmatisme : Capacité à aborder les situations de manière pratique et réaliste, en trouvant des solutions adaptées aux défis rencontrés.Lieu :ZaventemWhat do we offer in return?A career that you define.
