Wat ga je doen?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele leiding van productieprocessen, waarbij je je team aanstuurt en begeleidt om gezamenlijk de gewenste resultaten te behalen.
- Je hanteert een persoonlijke aanpak en coacht je medewerkers op individuele basis.
- Als leidinggevende ben je zowel streng als rechtvaardig.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle aspecten van de productie, zoals veiligheid, kwaliteit, ergonomie en milieu, soepel verlopen voor iedereen die er werkt.
- Je moedigt je team aan om de regels te volgen en tegelijkertijd verbeteringsvoorstellen te doen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met teambegeleiders en begrijpt de behoeften van de werkvloer.
- Je ondersteunt je team in hun groei en ontwikkeling en bent verantwoordelijk voor functionerings- en coachingsgesprekken.ProfielJe hebt een bachelor of master behaald en idealiter 2 jaar ervaring binnen een leidinggevende functie.
Gedreven schoolverlaters met leidinggevende skills vanuit hun vrije tijd komen in aanmerking.
Je kunt als de beste prioriteiten stellen en hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Engels.
Je hebt een mensgerichte leiderschapsstijl en een hands-on aanpak.
Je kunt zelfstandig de site bereiken; openbaar vervoer is niet haalbaar.
Je bent bereid om af en toe te werken in 2-ploegen.AanbodVast contract met voltijdse tewerkstelling (4/5de tewerkstelling is niet mogelijk).
- Je werkt 40 uur per week en je hebt recht op 20 vakantiedagen en 15 ADV dagen.
- Collectief verlof: 4 weken vanaf de Gentse feesten, brugdagen en de periode tussen kerst en nieuw. Gemiddeld heb je ongeveer 8 à 10 dagen over om vrij te kiezen in samenspraak met je collega's.
- Glijdende werkuren, idealiter begint je dag tussen 7.30-8.30u. Je presteert 8u per dag.
- Mogelijkheid om meeruren te presteren en deze ook weer af te bouwen binnen 6 maanden.
