We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.MissionTo lead the industrialisation of the new P1To improve the production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in its perimeterCapitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in his domainTo participate on the design of new equipment and new linesTo lead Lean design workshopResponsibilitiesIndustrialisationTo manage production equipment introduction using IPROM To follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplierTo design small tool and validate the supplier proposalTo define the acceptance criteria for new equipment or line To perform pre acceptance and acceptance of the equipmentTo perform trials on the lines and deliver reportsTo built action plans and follow up to  be ready for FDPRTo perform and/or collect, capabilities of equipments and processTo set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN To participate on PFMEA and CONTROL PLANMass productionTo monitor QCDM and propose improvementTo survey the performance of equipments , and always in mind, optimisationTo work on Cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material & labor costsTo update routing on Information system with SPV validationTo support production technician ( training, analysis, problem solving)To be in contact with the suppliers ( improvement, support)To participate to SPV workshopTo participe to APU QRQC StandardisationValidate PG RAISE and CdC standards which are created by Standard OwnersValidate any change of standard proposed by sitesTo know, apply and promote the standards ( PG, sites or corporate) in his domain To apply the SPV rules ​EnvironnementEnsure the respect of Safety and Environment procedures of Valeo GroupMaintain the 5S and report issues Alert for safety rules infringement Education/Training3 to 4 years degree, Professional Experience3-5 years of experience in his domain of knowledge ( process and industrialisation)Key Competences (Transversal/Professional)Language:EnglishOtherKnowledge on quality tools ( capabilities, statistics, DOE)PFMEA construction experience Good interpersonal and communication skills.Diplomatic & persuasiveGood synthetics presentation,  planning & prioritizing skills
