Sales Administrator

For our Power Systems division, we are looking for a Sales Invoicing (M/W) who works for the region of the regions of Belgium & The Netherlands, reporting to our office in Uccle, Brussels. Daily task and responsibilities Public Tender Management: Support sales with finding the right tenders, following the right processes and getting the right internal support. Handle Administrative Tasks: Oversee administrative aspects of the sales team, ensuring a smooth commercial cohesion. Invoice Management: Efficiently manage invoicing for the Flow business, including simple orders. Process Optimization: you'll be in charge of updating the systems, make sure the information is up to date and propose ways to optimize the process. Coordinate Projects: Assist the different sales colleagues in drafting and building up presentations. Customer and Internal Communication: Proactively communicate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective information flow. Support the Sales Team: You'll play a key role in supporting sales colleagues, first in Belgium and later on in the Netherlands. Who will you report to?
