The primary focus will be on enhancing Flowin, our SaaS-based e-invoicing solution, by expanding its digital capabilities—such as deeper integration with electronic invoicing standards like Peppol.We are looking for a Software Development Team Lead to join our dynamic team, where you will play a dual role: leading a cross-functional development team while also contributing hands-on to the design and development of our software products. You will be instrumental in shaping both the technical direction and the team culture, ensuring high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.This position combines leadership with full-stack technical ownership in an agile, fast-paced environment. You will take end-to-end responsibility across product development, customer needs, and production operations—truly reflecting a DevOps mindset.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & CoachingFoster a productive, motivating, and collaborative team environment.Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to support personal development and performance.Ensure the team has the skills and support needed to function as a cross-functional unit.Promote a DevOps mindset and agile best practices.Technical ExecutionContribute to backend development, infrastructure (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines.Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.Drive continuous improvement through refactoring, testing, and code quality initiatives.Collaboration & Product DevelopmentWork closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver features.Participate in Scrum ceremonies and agile planning processes.Act as a mentor and technical guide for other developers.Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Your profileProven ability to lead and mentor a development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of aligning technical teams with business goals and effectively managing stakeholder expectations.Fluency in English is a must. Dutch and every other languages can be considered as a plus.Solid expertise in Java development, with hands-on experience in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications and tools.
