Job Marketing Activation Specialist Permanent contract // Louvain-la-Neuve ACTITO is a Belgian company that was founded in 2000 and that develops an Agile Marketing Automation platform in SaaS mode. Actito helps marketers to manage their multi-channel campaigns and to interact at the right time with each contact in a personalized way. We help marketers to take business opportunities throughout their customers' journey, with the right combination of technologies and integrated services. We promote customer-centric marketing by deploying acquisition, cross-selling and loyalty programs with growth and ROI always in mind. Actito continues to grow to become a strong European player in marketing automation, with subsidiaries in France, the Netherlands, Canada, the United Kingdom and Spain. In order to expand our Belgian Actito team, we are looking for a Marketing Activation Specialist for our office in Louvain-la-Neuve. Key responsibilities Working with our clients to boost their relationship marketing and marketing automation by accompanying them in the use of our software.  Mastering the Actito platform UI to have an excellent command of the platform’s possibilities, as well as its limitation, and be able to communicates these effectively.  Responding to customers’ support requests with clear, complete and concise explanations that allow them to deliver their marketing campaigns effectively.  Working with other relevant internal teams to provide potentially more technical response to customer requests in a timely manner.  Completing marketing automation, sms and email marketing projects services as sold to customers to a high quality which meet/exceed campaign goals.  Provide training sessions 1-1 or in small groups, online and in-person, to enable new customers to quickly become confident users of our software  Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through responsiveness, applying an understanding of their business needs, and professional communication.  Reassemble feedback to enable software improvement with product teams.  You want to join our team ? Qualifications and Skills :  You are a good communicator.  You are able to handle several projects at a time. You can manage feedbacks from stakeholders. You are well-organised. You know how to stay calm when faced with complex situations.  You have a positive attitude. Team spirit is crucial for you. You are curious and interested in new technologies (and digital marketing).  You are willing to take responsibility and initiative.  You have good attention to detail.   Required education and training :  3,4 years + experience in a similar role. Active knowledge (oral and written) of English and Dutch/French. Technical or Digital Marketing background. Ready to take up the challenge?
