Service Expert WHS

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Expert Warehouse Software Applications. In short, you: Analyse complex incidents. Support updates and process adjustments. Create troubleshooting documentation. Collaborate with developers and service providers.Responsibilities• Take ownership of complex incidents escalated from Level 1 Support or Key-Users;• Analyse errors in WMS/WCS, conveyor systems, or automated storage systems;• Collaborate closely with developers, PLC engineers, and external service providers to resolve issues;• Support system updates, configuration changes, and rollout of new functionalities;• Investigate integration and interface problems between WMS, WCS, PLCs, and material flow systems;• Create detailed troubleshooting documentation, escalation reports, and recommendations for Key-Users;• Provide guidance to Level 1 Support for recurring problems and knowledge sharing;• Participate in testing and validation of system changes before deployment.Qualifications• Technical degree or equivalent experience (e.g., IT, automation, mechatronics, industrial engineering);• Solid knowledge of WMS/WCS, automated storage systems, conveyors, and PLCs;• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting software and hardware integration issues;• Understanding of databases, SQL queries, and system logs for root-cause analysis;• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills;• Fluent in English (written and spoken).Additional InformationWhat do we offer you?A place in an enthusiastic, young organisation with the necessary ambitionsThe necessary freedom and opportunity to take initiative. An intensive training by experienced people.An attractive salary in an international environment with many benefits: Company car with fuel card/charging passGroup & health insuranceMeal vouchers (8€)Net allowancesCAO90 BonusLaptopiPhone + subscription20 days of vacation plus 12 extra days for working a full year on 40h-workweek instead of 38h (32 leave days in total)Unsolicited representations by third parties (recruitment agencies, headhunters, ...) of CVs via mail and/or telephone for our vacancies are considered as direct applications where no compensation is provided to the third party. Any T&Cs from these third parties will not be accepted unless upon signature of the T&Cs by a person in charge of HR.
