Wat kan je verwachten?
Als ITS ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
Het verzekeren van een tijdige en efficiënte ITS ondersteuning (zowel telefonisch, als op afstand, als op locatie) om zo een grote klanttevredenheid bij de ITS klanten te bereiken. Het oplossen van informaticaproblemen die klanten melden en het tijdig en correct escaleren van meer geavanceerde en dringende problemen naar derde partijen Het loggen/opvolgen van informaticaproblemen (hardware/software/netwerk) van klanten Het begeleiden van collega's bij het (her)installeren van niet-complexe oplossingen (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, ...) en het ondersteunen van (her)installaties van complexe oplossingen (servers, NAS, ...) volgens de geldende procedures Ondersteuning bieden aan applicaties uit de ITS Portfolio (Windows OS, Windows Server OS, mailserver, Mobility…) en de verantwoordelijkheid nemen over één of meerdere applicaties Documenteren van ITS ondersteunde applicaties en helpen uitwerken van een kennisdatabank.Wie zoeken wij?

Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een gebruiksondersteunende Service Desk functie Goede kennis van Microsoft (applicatieondersteuning), Active Directory (basisondersteuning: toevoegen, verwijderen,wijzigen), netwerk en firewall (kennis van de basisprincipes en ervaring met bepaalde producten) Kennis van Azure is een grote plus Nederlandstalig met kennis van het frans en een goede kennis van het engels Stressbestendig Teamplayer Hands onWat heeft Ricoh jou te bieden?

Quel sera votre rôle?
En tant que ITS Officer vous allez
Assurer un support ITS rapide et efficace (par téléphone, à distance, sur site) afin d'obtenir une grande satisfaction des clients Résoudre les problèmes informatiques signalés par les clients et transmettre en temps opportune et correctements les problèmes plus avancés et urgents a des tiers Suivre des problèmes informatique (materiel, logiciel,réseau) des clients Assister des collègues dans la installation de solution non complexes (ordinateurs portables, ordinateurs de bureau, appareils mobile, ...) et prise en charge des installation plus complexes (serveurs,...) selon les procédures Assurer le support des applications du portfolio ITS et prendre en charge une ou plusieurs applications Documenter les applications prises en charge par ITS et aider à développer une base de données de connaissancesV
Quel profil recherchons-nous?

Expérience de minimum 2 ans dans une fonction de Service Desk (support à l'utilisateur) une bonne connaissance de Microsoft (support des applicatifs), Active directory (support de base: ajout, suppression, modification), réseau et firewall (connaissances des principes de base et expérience sur certains produits). une première experience de Microsoft Azure est la bienvenue une connaissance active d'une des deux langues du pays (FR, NL) et une connaissance passive de l'autre langue.
