SECURITY MANAGER (h/f/x) À propos de Protection UNIT Protection UNIT est lacteur % belge leader de son secteur (Gardiennage). Dans le cadre du développement continu de nos activités et projets, nous souhaitons accueillir au sein de AIRPORT UNIT, un SECURITY MANAGER (h/f/x).  Votre mission Votre mission principale est dassurer la gestion opérationnelle et administrative des contrats chez notre client. Vos principales responsabilités seront : Collecter, contrôler, modifier et assurer lenvoi des plannings vers les agents, clients et le site ; Suivre et vérifier régulièrement la mise à jour des procédures ; Veiller à la mise en place de loutil de reporting client Protection Unit (Track Tik) ; Veiller au respect des législations relative tant aux activités de gardiennage que de la législation sociale (CP) ; Assurer les besoins en personnel ainsi que le suivi des agents sur le terrain ; Effectuer les évaluations annuelles des SQL ; Gestion journalière de vos équipes en assurant une présence sur le terrain ; Veiller à la satisfaction du client ; Votre profil Vous avez une expérience de 5 ans dans le gardiennage ; Vous disposez dune formation complète, tant au niveau légal quau niveau opérationnel (EPI, secourisme, gestion de crise, management) ; Vous disposez de la formation dirigeant A ; Capacité à rédiger un « Opérations Guidelines » ; Vous avez un bon niveau danglais vous permettant de communiquer avec le client (B2 minimum) ; Capacité à encadrer et diriger une équipe dagent ; Vous avez une très bonne maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office ; Nous vous offrons Faire partie dune entreprise dynamique, % belge et en plein essor.
